Characteristics: Rehydration and strengthening preparation in the form of a powder adjusting fluid deficit and electrolyte disproportion in the body in mild and moderate degree of dehydration caused by acute diarrhea, fluid and electrolyte losses caused by vomiting, fluid loss caused by surgery and excessive physical exertion.

The product ensures optimal concentrations of sodium, potassium, bicarbonate and glucose to correct excessive fluid losses. The solution created by dissolving one 27.5 g sachet in 500 ml of beverage provides 40 mmol/l of sodium, 20 mmol/l of potassium, 20 mmol/l of bicarbonate, 40 mmol/l of chlorides, 86.5 mmol/l of maltodextrin and 195 mmol/l of glucose. The balanced ratio of active substances ensures the restoration of the acid-base balance of the body by balancing water and electrolyte losses of Na, K, bicarbonate and chlorides together with easily usable energy (maltodextrin, glucose) in indications such as diarrhoeal conditions, heat fluid losses, insufficient fluid intake, inapetence, systemic diarrhea, exhaustion after childbirth, surgery, sports performance and other stressful conditions of the body. Compensation of fluid and electrolyte losses in light or less frequent vomiting. In cases of persistent vomiting, parenteral electrolyte administration should be preferred. It is suitable for administration during the transition from parenteral to enteral nutrition.

Application: Peroral application. 

Dosage: 

One original package of the preparation (27.5g) is dissolved in 0.5-1 l of the drink and stirred until completely dissolved. 

The required daily amount of electrolyte solution depends on the degree of fluid loss and the patient's weight, and should be administered instead of water throughout the day. Pure water is given only to a patient who has received the required daily amount of drink. 

Warnings and Precautions: 

Prepared solution should be used within 24 hours. 

Administration of the product is not appropriate in cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction, permanent vomiting and anuria.

Storage: The product should be stored at temperature 15-25°C, protected from the direct sunlight. Store out of the reach of children.
