Broad-spectrum oral antihelmintic for treatment of helminthoses in cattle, pigs, sheeps and goats

Form of medicament: Oral powder of cream-white colour for therapy of helminthoses used in cattle, small ruminants and pigs. Composition:Effective substance - Fenbendazole 25mg in 1g. Excipiens: wheat starch and dibasic calcium phosphate. Clinical information: Medicament has an effect on flat and round worms in their development and adult stage occuring in gastrointestinal tract and lungs in cattle, sheeps, goats and pigs. It is indicated agianst: Hemonchus spp., Ostretagia spp.,Triochostrongylus spp.,Cooperia spp.,Nematodirus spp., Neoascaris vitulorum,Oesophagostomum spp., Bunostomum spp., Capillaria spp., Trichuris spp., Strongyloides spp., Hyostrongylus rubidus, Ascaris suum, Amidostomum spp., Heterakis spp.,Dictyocaulus filaria, Dictyocaulus vivparus, Metastrongylus spp. and Syngamus trachea. Dosing and way of application: Oral application of medicament mix with the feed. It is recommended to apply before morning feeding. During spring and autumn season. Cattle: once per day 15 g/ 50 kg of bw. (7.5mg/1kg b.w.) Small ruminants and pigs: once per day 20g/100kg b.w. (5 mg/1kg b.w), in pigs given 5 days. Overdosing: Medicament does not show any subacute neither chronic toxicity while oral application occurs in suggested therapeutical doses. Precautions: Application of antifasciolytics is contraindicated, it can not be combined with penicillin. It is not reccomended in animals during whole period of pregnancy. After application of medicaments there is necessary to wash the hands. In the case of incidental ingestion, inhalation or eye contact should be provided medical aid. Medicament mixed with the feed should be consumed immediately. Storage: The product should be stored in dry place at temperature 25°C. Packaging: 10g, 20g, 100g, 1kg in vacuum metallized sack.
