Form of medicament: Oral antihelmintic pills of white colour used in racing pigeons and exotic animals.
Composition: 1 pill is composed of :Effective substance - Albendazole 10 mg Excipiens: milk sugar, potato starch ,sodium carboxymethyl starch ,corn starch, calcium stearate,talc.
Clinical information: Preventive and treating medicament used for racing pigeons and exotic animals indicated for diseases such as Ascaridosis,Capilariosis and Syngamosis.There are no contraindications, drug interactions neither side effects observed. It is not recommended for animals during laying and nesting period. Before application, it is appropriate to provide deworming of pigeons suspected for Trichomoniasis (TRICHOBION 20 mg tbl.).As a prevention it should be used before competition and exhibition.
Dosing and way of application:
Exotic animals: ½ - 1 tbl.(5-10 mg of e.s.) for 1 kg of b.w, once per day, individually. Racing pigeons: 1 tbl. (10 mg of e.s.) for 1kg of b.w., once per day, individually. Given orally directly into mouth or mixed with the feed. It is recommended to apply before morning feeding.
Precautions: Medicament is not appropriate for food-producing animals. People sensitive to albendazole should avoid the contact with medicament. If there occur symptoms such as reddened skin, swollen lips, eyes or face and hardened breathing, it is necessary to provide medical aid. Smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited while handling the medicament. After contact with medicament wash the hands. Overdosing: Medicament does not show any subacute neither chronic toxicity while oral application in suggested therapeutical doses.
Storage: The product should be stored in dark and dry place at temperature 15-25°C.
Packaging: 100 tablets in plastic vial.
